However, I’m assuming this is being served on a special occasion and I made the portions large, bumping this entrée to level 3.

For a low calorie meal, consider cutting your portion of lamb in half and piling non-starchy veggies on your plate. As long as they aren’t cooked in a lot of oil, non-starchy vegetables will add a lot of low-calorie volume to the meal. Paired with the high-quality protein in lamb, you’ll have a nourishing and filling meal.
